Woodhouses House Rules
Please read the following rules carefully!
1. Hot Tub Use
Please do not consume food or drinks in the hot tub. Instructions for operating the hot tub can be found on the dining table. Please read them carefully and follow all relevant instructions and safety rules.
Please always cover the hot tub after use.
The hot tub may only be used at your own risk.
2. Sauna Use
The health and safety guidelines for using the infrared sauna can be found on the side of the sauna, while the operating instructions are available on the dining table.

The sauna may only be used at your own risk.
3. Locking the House and Gate
Please always keep the small gate closed.
Whenever you leave the cabin, please make sure to lock the door.
4. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in all of our cabins.
5. Kitchen & Breakfast
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, plates and cutlery.
Please do not place metal objects or aluminium foil in the microwave.
Breakfast is delivered to your door between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
After breakfast, please place the empty glass containers and the breakfast box back outside the door. They will be collected later.
6. Smoking & Candles
Smoking and the use of candles or tea lights are strictly prohibited throughout the Woodhouses property.
E-cigarettes may be used outdoors but are strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
7. Fire Safety
In the event of a fire or personal injury, please immediately contact the appropriate emergency services.
In case of emergency, a fire extinguisher can be found under the bench next to the entrance.
8. Check-in, Check-out & Quiet Hours
Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance by calling +36 30 993 7930.
Please be considerate of other guests and respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
9. Heating
The cabin is heated by the black heating unit located on the wall next to the decorative fireplace.
The temperature is set to 22°C during the day and 21°C at night. Please leave the heating at these settings.
10. Furniture & Equipment
Please do not take indoor furniture or bedding onto the terrace or into the garden.
On the terrace, please use only the cushions provided there.
11. Pets
Unfortunately, due to the design and location of our cabins, pets are not permitted.
12. Children
Unfortunately, due to the design and location of our cabins, children are not permitted.
13. Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the Woodhouses property or from violating these House Rules.
Woodhouses accepts no responsibility for guests’ personal belongings or valuables.
14. Security Cameras
Security cameras have been installed outside the cabins for safety and security purposes.

15. Terrace Safety
Please exercise caution when using the terraces.
Do not climb onto or sit on the railing, and do not lean over it.
