(a) Following a booking request submitted by the Guest in writing through the booking system of woodhouses.hu, the Service Provider will send a confirmation to the Guest within 10 hours of receiving the booking request.

(b) The service agreement is concluded when the Service Provider provides written confirmation of the order/booking submitted by the Guest based on the offer. The written confirmation therefore constitutes a written agreement between the Parties.

An order or modification made verbally shall only create a contractual obligation if it is subsequently confirmed by the Service Provider in writing.

(b) In fulfilling this obligation, the Service Provider shall:

offer the Guest accommodation in another similar or higher-category property in Noszvaj, at the same price and for the same duration specified in the booking, or until the obstacle preventing the original service has been resolved.

If the Guest accepts the alternative accommodation, all additional costs associated with providing the replacement accommodation shall be borne by the Service Provider.
